Knox Separated Apps is a solution specifically designed for enterprises that prioritize the protection of sensitive work data. With this app, IT admins are empowered to separate third-party apps from corporate apps on fully managed devices to enhance security and privacy.

How it Works

Enterprise IT admins can easily install work apps on fully managed devices using a UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) system.
Once the work apps are installed, IT admins can activate the Separated Apps feature and select specific apps to be installed in a secure, separate area.
By default, the following essential apps are available in the Separated Apps area:

Google Chrome
Microsoft Office (availability depends on the device model)
Samsung Calendar
Samsung Camera
Samsung Gallery
Samsung MyFiles
Samsung Video
